Decent size side portions - coleslaw and barbecue beans were very good plus a rack of large meaty perfectly cooked ribs fresh nnot reheated. Delicious. Also included very good sweet but not too barbecue sauce plus a couple slices of grilled bread. Definitely enough for two. Best ribs I’ve had in Gainesville.

Seriously adams? I been eating here for years when did this start? Guess I need to keep picking up in store instead of door dashing.

Hadn't been in Gville since 2015 (9 years ago) Adam's rib was the first locally based restaurant I wanted to order from since I'm back in town. Ribs are always just short of fall off the bone tender and well-seasoned. I prefer some chewiness to my ribs, which is how proper Q should be. Places that boil their meats and then finish on the grill make me sad. Adam's Rib Co. doesn't engage in such nonsense!

This was bad. Old soggy lettuce, overcooked bacon. Small pieces of bacon too. Not even strips. Fries were overcooked, over seasoned and dark like they were dropped in week old grease. The cup of baked beans had baked beans all on the outside of the cup. Smeared all over. Like no one could wipe the cup off before bagging? Terrible.
