This place is simply AWESOME.
I lived in Thailand for a while and Afuri makes the very best bowl of noodles I've EVER tried stateside.
Full stop.
GOD BLESS YOU AFURI = you are my FAVE RESTAURANT

Apparently a $20 bowl of ramen only buys you ONE HALF of an egg ONE single piece of pork cashu, which was so charred & burned I couldnt' eat it and it made my entire bowl taste like burned charcoal, perhaps because of the actual bits of burned charcol floating in my soup. Next time I'll pass.

I think you definitely need to heat it more than 2 mins but it was so delicious! Mushrooms were hard to chew. Don't really care for bok choy so I wish I could sub other veggies but flavor was on point! Love this place but can only get it sometimes because it's expensive! Size of the soup is always huge ! I feel like they put more noodles when you eat there but who knows

Mediocre quality at very high prices. Truly, the noodles in a .25 grocery store pack of instant ramen are more interesting than these. The broth in a good bowl of ramen should be almost heavenly, and there was just nothing that stood out in this one, either in aroma or flavor. Very stingy with the only truly tasty ingredients: 1/2 egg and one small slice of pork. It pains me to say I threw out about half the serving, just not worth eating after picking out the good stuff. The Buta Gyoza were good.

This ramen is weak. Minimal toppings and watery broth. Undercooked noodles. $3 for an egg. Just not worth it.
