We love Aji. The Yakisoba is delicious and the Aji Fried Rice as well. The Gyoza are the best.

Spicy Tuna Roll 6.8/10 - this item is good overall. Fresh and the flavours are there, but it lacks an umph. Overall decent, would get again if I do come back.
Aji Tonkotsu 4/10 - this item lacked any flavour in its broth. It tastes like a ramen package was added to some hot water. You'd think that paying $16 would get you a decent tasting ramen and I was wrong. I wish a higher depth of flavour in the broth. The meat they provide is subpar, with slices as thin as a sheet of paper - but the flavour is there. The noodles are nice and well cooked. Everything about this dish is just okay, if youve eaten at reputable ramen places, would rather order from there or get a different dish on the menu to try. The egg was a normal soft boiled egg, not even a traditional seasoned egg - whack.
We were first time buyers from this place and we felt like these items were normal foods to get at an izakaya, so these are basic items that were mid at best.

By far the best sushi I’ve ever had! I also ordered a small appetizer—Kimchi Fries—and they were impressively crisp. The restaurant even made a hole in the container to prevent them from getting soggy during delivery. That’s above-and-beyond service, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely be ordering again.

This place never fails to provide the best food. Love Gyu Don and even though I love all sushi the basics are still my favorites Tuna Roll (Yellow Fin ).

love this place tried thh New - Volcano Roll, has a nice kick to it. Beef Shoyu Ramen is always good. my wife's favorite will be ordering again.
