Bravo to the 8x8! Now I can better afford my favorite meal of a Caesar salad, 8x8 Del Mare ( superb and loaded with tasty morsels of the sea.), and a sublime cannoli to finish! Thank you for making it feel a bit less like a splurge! I've been a fan since 1990 in Pacific Grove, and Allegro's never fails to satisfy!

The mozzarella pizza, pasta bolognese, and cannoli were all delicious. Generous portions; enough to share.

I love the pizza here but I have gotten the eggplant panini before and loved it. I ordered it again but it was nothing at all like I remembered. The bread was soft (undercooked?) and the other ingredients were flavorless compared to what I had in the past. I'm sticking to the pizza.

Ordered the "focaccia" Margherita/ Pizza Roma. It had two little slices of tomato, and it was overloaded with cheese, including a random piece placed on top of the tomato. The focaccia was not a focaccia and it was pretty greasy. The quality of the ingredients was pretty good, but it was the only thing that saved the dish.

Really enjoyed both pizzas. I'd skip the salad.. way to overdressed. Couldn't modify order. If dressing could just come in the side, I would order again because flavor is delicious.
