Another extraordinary order from Alliance. I can't say enough about the artistry and the flavors of their magnificent pastries. Do not go through life without trying these. The pistachio bar with delicate cinnamon crisps between layers and buttercream topping is a new favorite. The dark chocolate creation is profound, and the raspberry piece, with mousse and creme anglaise and a sort of fondant gelee brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Alliance, for helping us celebrate two birthdays and our anniversary; you have customers for life.

Ordered the flourless chocolate cake and the macadamia bar for my husband's birthday. It was just us and we wanted a little treat to share. Absolutely brilliant. The cake melted in our mouths, rich and perfectly velvety but not too sweet, with a divine glazed strawberry. Macadamia bar was insane, with cake and a layer of nutty buttercream, I think, and macadamias, coated in a gorgeous chocolate "shell". Also not too sweet, and complex. We shared bites after a big meal and have some left to savor tomorrow. Each serving is enough to share and then some. Highly rec, and we will be back.

Another perfect order from Alliance. We tried the tiramisu and the hazelnut cupcake this time, as well as our perennial favorites. It is such a joy to have access to, the gift of, French pastries like these. Thank you, Alliance, for helping us celebrate our birthdays and our anniversary each year. We won't use anyone else.

These cheesecakes are SOOOO addictive! They're the perfect snack portion and the taste is phenomenal. The fruit is never spoiled and they still arrive individually wrapped.

Delicious quiche! Buy a whole quiche and you can order 1/2 of one flavor and a 1/2 of another - a great way to make both the vegetarians and the meat eaters happy!
