I ordered the Vegetable Tom Yum and Tom Kha this time. FULL of vegetables. Nice and spicy. I get the large and between the two of them they last me two to three dinners. Love altThai's soups.

Probably the best pad thai in the area and I've tried 'em all. It's also hard to find good wonton soup in the NW burbs but theirs is fantastic, an incredible broth with tender wonton. I'd never heard of Miang Kham before and that was the only downside of my order. I did not care for it nor was it what I was expecting. The sun dried shrimp are teeny dehydrated shrimp that were unpleasantly chewy. You're given a generous amount of lettuce leaves but teeny little cups of the ingredients to put in them. Very strange. I just didn't get it. I'd definitely order everything else though.

I am in love with Alt Thai! Specifically their Thai Fried Rice. You can choose your own spice level, and I have to say I am addicted to the wonderful flavors this dish brings. Besides the rice and protien it has eggs, peas, carrots, onion slices and heavenly seasonings. All nicely topped with cilantro, green onions and cucumbers. I normally order shrimp, but have tried their chicken and beef as well. You can't go wrong here.

Best Thai around! Fresh, loaded with flavors and a new family favorite. Rex curry loaded with veggies, the grilled pork skewers had my son singing praises and the pad see ew was perfect.

This is fresh, delicious Thai. The only place I go in the suburbs (at least once a week).
Love their pad Thai, pad see ew and Penang curry. Their steamed dumplings with the brown sauce are amazing. Friendly people, good service. Best of the best.
