Underwhelming and overpriced. Overall the food was okay but I was expecting bigger portions and better flavor for the price I paid. The Chicken Parmesan was the best part but it should come with more pasta for $24. The Garlic Bread is very basic. The Mini Cannoli is exactly as it sounds. You get one tiny, subpar cannoli for $4. Definitely won't order from this place again.

genuinely the best italian restaurant in prov. the chicken parm with vodka sauce was so dreamy, prepared perfectly. i love angelo's and can't recommend it enough. huge portions always leave me with another full meal for leftovers, and it always tastes fresh like it was just made.

Pesto Caprese Sandwich was nothing like the pictures and barely filling for a price of over $17.75.
Photo shows tomatoes removed to show how little mozzarella was used.
Fried Cheese Ravioli looks and tastes like it came from the grocers freezer.

Very underwhelming and far too expensive for what was given. 7 dollars for Garlic Bread that's literally white bread sliced into triangles and given the lightest smear of garlic butter. 30 dollars for Braised Short Rib Ravioli that tastes like Chef Boyardee. Another 30 for a half a cup of penne with remarkably average Veal Parmesan. Federal hill is full of great Italian spots, and this used to be one of them.

Never ordered from here before but it was fantastic. The Cindy's Special is huge and the chicken breast is phenomenal. The Gemelli Pesto is so good and fresh and the Lasagna was delicious and enough for two meals. We will definitely be ordering again.
