Everything I ordered was prepared to perfection. Even with it being dashed to me, the presentation was top notch.

There were barely any fries with the 8 oz. Top Sirloin* and they were put underneath the steak and were extremely soggy. In The Classic Combo there was a pool of mild sauce from wings and it soaked into the quesadillas and the mozzarella sticks so I could only taste mild sauce when eating them and again it made it all very soggy.

this was my Med well steak....I paid 25.00 for a charcoaled steak and that's a garlic shrimp topper that appears very dry... smh

ordered a 6 oz seak medium- arrived
well done, no seasoning, super dry. the seasoned broccoli had no seasoning and no butter. 0/10

We didn't receive any au jus for the French dip sandwich, the french onion soup was cold, and the sliced cheese unmelted. The fries (and shrimp) were cold and some soggy (not all), so it's possible that was due to the container. The spinach and artichoke dip was fairly flavorless and the chips were overly salty. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was delicious though! I haven't received any complaints about the wings, so I anticipate those were good as well.
