Food is good and it came in tact. Had tamper proof tape. The tea was good (as in the ice wasnt melted and the cup soggy). It looked like they had packed it with care. DD is hit & miss. This was a good one ! I would order from this location again.

These burgers were horrible. One was very thick the other wasn't even a 1/2 " thick, and they were over cooked on the outside. The fries were like rubber.

unfortunately, this dish the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was not as good at this location. was much better in the Fultodale location outside of Birmingham. This location dried out the chicken and had so much black pepper on the shrimp it was inedible. Birmingham Applebee's 5 stars. Florance Applebee's 1 star.

The food was AWFUL! Steak was tough and hard to cut along with FLAVORLESS:(
The garlic mashed potato's were obviously instant potatoes and the Mac n cheese barely had a taste. Only thing good was the onion rings. Save yourself and go to Outback, it's cheaper to dash and delicious

I've always liked Applebees but this delivery order was alittle disappointing. My fried shrimp was soggy and had no flavor and the side of coleslaw tasted ruined!!! The riblets, however, were excellent and the wonton tacos were sadly just okay. The lime cilantro salsa was very good. For the price I was under whelmed. But I did enjoy the riblets.
