One of my fav meals from Applebees. The shrimp and steak cooked to oerxw , the broccoli cooked just right not overdone or too raw. It was just amazing !!!

Applebee's never puts utensils or napkins in the bag. Delivering to a hotel room and no utensils. The Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. Chicken tenders were good. Mac and cheese had no flavor. I can't think of four cheeses with no flavor,but they found them.

This was honestly the best Riblets order I have had from Applebees. The loaded mashed potatoes were abundant and fantastic.

my chips tasted stale and my wings were really hard and dry. honestly was not worth my money and then the dasher was really rude.

this time I wasn't very happy.. the service was very fast but the food was lacking... I didn't get my Xtra dressing for my Oriental salad so it was dry and my chicken in it was very dry and very small pieces. usually it's very juicy plus I didn't get my Xtra Oriental dry noodles with it that I paid extra for! the sauce on our boneless wings which was supposed to be honey pepper was hardly even in them.. thankfully I had ordered some other sauce to go with it but unfortunately I didn't order any extra honey pepper sauce though!! the Xtra celery celery I ordered was very hard pieces.. normally they are crisp and wonderful pieces.. it just looked like a hurry up job of stuff thrown together last min that had already been sitting around.. my son's fiesta lime chicken was a very small flat piece and not worth the money we paid for it all.. so this time very disappointed.. we usually are very happy with our orders from this restaurant!! we have only had a few problems in the last several years but tonight has been the worst!! I hope if we order next time that it's better and like what we would order if we were actually eating in the restaurant! we are on disability and do not get to eat here often, so when we do it's a special treat! tonight however it felt that customer service is definitely lacking.. I do realize it's New Year's Eve, but to us it was a time to celebrate and get something special!! I'm just so disappointed!
