I love the taste of the food the portion was the right size the coleslaw was so fresh and crispy will be my go to order again

The quality of Applebees' food has went downhill! The last couple times I ordered it was mediocre at best. Ordered the crispy chicken salad and the chicken was stale and inedible. Definitely not worth $12! The lettuce was wilted and old. Also ordered the nachos which had very little toppings and the ground beef was dried out. Was mainly just a bowl of tortilla chips. .Sad because I used to love Applebees but something has changed.

The salads for $17.59 were so small and weren't even romain lettuce. The shrimpwere sparse, little and we were lucky to have a cupof lettuce ! I called the store and the manager is sending $20 in gift cards off the $70 I paid. He mentioned the high prices were due to upchargh from door dash. I am disappointed all around.

customer service was great.very friendly and accommodating. the Alfredo sauce was so dry. It was just barely warm. the broccoliwas cooked to perfection but over salted. I would've preferred to salt it myself. it had to be rinsed and prepared with a touch of salt and butter.

Everything was good. But the pickle fries were soggy and gross. BUT I mean that's my fault for ordering something that's deep fried lol but all in all the food was good! I feel like the price was expensive for what it was. But hey, the portions were filling and I was satisfied for the most part. The Cinnabon mini swirls were the BOMB! Those were so good they tasted sooo fresh. Will order again! When I have extra money hahaha
