The Premium Nuggets (9 ea.) were fresh and delicious, the fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and well salted. Again, delicious! My meal arrived hot. The drink was refreshing and had chipped ice which I love! It's hard to find good fast food- this is it for me!

I honestly don't know why I continue to order from Arby's as I have a bad experience 9 times out of 10. I did not receive my chocolate shake, as they claimed their machine was down. Fries were cold and stale. I think there were 4 edible fries in the whole cup. I ordered a market fresh sandwich and one half had 2 slices of turkey on it. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid.

The Beef' Cheddar are great. The portion is generous with a very pleasant taste.I would recommend this sandwich to anyone.

I usually have a good experience with this store, but today all my curly fries were burnt to the point they weren't edible. Hard as rocks! The roast beef was extremely DRY! I've never even had that happen before. I did order it right when they opened so maybe that would explain the meat? Idk just wasn't a great experience today. White Cheddar Mac 'n Cheese was fire though.

Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich wrapping was open and sandwich was smashed, ordered a 9 Piece Steak Nuggets and did not get them $11.49 wasted. I know I’m not getting a refund so I won’t ask.
