My dasher was super quick and therefore the food was nice and hot. Exactly how i ordered and was very good. Especially enjoyed my Mozzarella Sticks (6 ea.)!

my fries were less than half full. The burger was a huge mess, put together sloppy together, and sauce was mostly on the wrapper.

they almost always are missing a sauce, which normally isn't a big deal but with the Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich they make you pay for extra sauce that is never in there.

They almost never provide straws, which is a pain when you order shakes. And today, the Dr. Pepper syrup very obviously needed to be changed. It was way too light in color, even without opening the lid. It's undrinkable.

Ordered a $60 door dash order. Dasher messaged they were out of burgers. Changed to smokehouse. There were 3 little pieces of brisket (see pic) on the sandwich. No au jus I paid $.69 extra for,. No adjustment in price for a double burger to 3 little brisket pieces. Will be a loooong time before I go back to Arby's and I will share my experience. The last time 2 times I have not received au jus either. Enough is enough. Paying high prices to get even worse product delivery.
