Reuben was perfectly created on circle- rye bread. Filling was generous. It was enjoyed!

Crinkle Fries were crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Jamocha Shake was splendid! Sandwich was just ok. Reuben Sandwich was created with wheat bread. Circle rye was expected. A Reuben is not a Reuben unless it's made on rye bread.

I usually love their Crispy Fish Sandwich, (even though it rarely has enough lettuce and tartar sauce). They get busy I know and mistakes happen , but sending out a sandwich like this, which is clearly burnt, why? Would it really have taken so much effort to just toast another bun!
Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich was good, the other person told me!

The double beef n cheddar was good. I was glad they included 3 Arby's sauce though as sauces on sandwich kind of oozed out onto wrapper. It happens. The fries were good. I ordered a cherry turnover and received an apple one. It was still tasty but I prefer cherry. Eye on the ticket guys!

Half of my order was missing, the other half was wrong. It costs 2 people over 30 dollars to eat here. It's ridiculous to pay these prices when for 5 dollars more you can go to a steak house and actually get what you ordered. These mistakes are regular now in fast food and it really bothers me because its more expensive than its ever been and the quality and service are the worst theyve ever been. They offer you a cupon for the next time. There is no next time. I've paid my last high price for low quality fastfood !
