• 10/12/25My Curly Fries (Large) were barely even half full, I didn't get the marinara sauce for my Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.), and my Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap had an inedible piece of tendon in it making the whole thing inedible.

• 29/8/26I was ordered this before and it was delicious. For some reason this Angus cheesesteak was terrible. It wasn't full in portion and it had odd pieces I wasn't able to chew. A completely different from my 1st time having it. Might try it 1 more time before giving up on it.

• 18/12/25First off, I love their Crinkle Fries (Large) and their wonderful Jamocha Shake ! That being said, I was very disappointed this time. Their Crinkle Fries (Large) were great, but the Jamocha Shake wasn't. It was nearly luke-warm! It was like a thick flavored milk or the consistancy of melted ice cream. The whipped cream, which normally resembles a large fluffy cloud on top of the shake, was a liquid pool!
Now, I know that this was not due to the Dasher, because the fries were nearly hot. So, all I can figure is that one of the kitchen workers had left it on the counter and it wasn't picked up. It probably sat there for awhile, unnoticed, then returned to the kitchen where it was eventually added to my order.
So, if possible when you get a delivery, have the Dasher wait a few seconds while you check your order. If there's a problem with it, perhaps they can return it while you call the restaurant and then report it to Door Dash. Just a suggestion.

• 27/8/26Bun was rotted. Disgusting worst Arby's I've ever had will never go to that Arby's again I will drive 40 minutes away to go to a different Arby's because of how disgusting that Arby's is. Please do not go to this Arby's. It's disgusting. Do not order do not drive-through. Do not even think about going here. I love Arby's, but this was the most disgusting fast food meal I've ever had. Do not go here.
