• 19/3/26The roast beef is chewy and not good like it usually is. The cheese sauce tastes weird and they gave me an apple turnover when I ordered cherry.

• 11/9/22Fries tasted horrible they definitely weren't fresh. The cup of cheese had a weird taste to it as well. Usually enjoy all of the food. Just disappointed had to trash them! Did not have any issues with the Sandwiches thankfully.

• 5/6/26My chicken is burnt in. My bread is burnt. Bad and my fries were cold. But I didn't get a cup of cheese. And they didn't have my apple turnover or the peach cobbler things that we ordered.

• 24/2/23The half round roast beef was very small & no onions. Fish sandwiches were cold and not crispy at all. Almost half of the fries were overcooked (dark) and limp. Steakhouse did not have the onions I request. The half pound was dry, dry, dry. I requested barbecue and horsey sauce for all sandwich as I was given that choice. I did not even get one packet. The lettuce, tomato, etc. looked like the sandwiches had sat around for awhile. The fries the same thing. I felt I got old fries. Again, hardly any meat on my half pound beef sandwich. None of these looked like the pictures on the order pages. Will not order from here ever again.
