Paid extra for cheese sauce the cup had barely a drip... bitter taste like the fry oil was dirty and burnt. Trash waste of $30.

Food arrived perfect wrapped & sealed. I had the Classic French Dip & Swiss and dad had the Classic Beef 'n Cheddar, which both were super hot, fresh & delicious. However..I made mine the combo, and chose the mozzarella sticks & a Dt Coke. And although the flavor was there, the mozzarella was nowhere near melted, pretty firm in fact. So of course I had to go reheat for 30 secs. At which point I realize, they did not send dipping sauce, neither marinara or ranch. Which let's face it..is like ordering a salad and receiving zero dressing. Needless to say I didnt eat more than 1/2 a mozz stick before tossing. Should've stuck with the curly fries. Grateful for the hot yummy sandwiches, super unhappy w the sides. Hope this helps you decide : ) Do better Arbys

The meat in Real Country Style Rib Sandwich was flavorful but could have been brisket given the lack of flavor apart from the smoke flavor and sauce.
The Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.) were perhaps the worst I've ever eaten. The breading seemed thicker than I've seen in sticks from other restaurants and they had a total lack of flavor.
Kudos on the Cherry Turnover which was made with puff pastry and not a horrid fried pie that was incorrectly called a turnover.

The Double Beef 'n Cheddar was soggy and smelled weird and the Curly Fries (Large) tasted off, perhaps stale.
The BBQ Chicken Wrap wasn't bad, just a bit too much BBQ sauce. Best part by far.
May have been the time of day but I would avoid any late night deliveries from this location just in case.
