It was disgusting....I've never complained about Aurelio's pizza before.....Disgusting, my pizza look and tasted like it was under some sort of warmer lamp like a FAST FOOD restaurant. I WILL NOT order from here ever ever again. It was a waste of my money, a simple small cheese and sausage pizza.....never ever again AURELIOS. I'm better off buying a frozen HOME RUN PIZZA from the grocery store and it would've tasted like pizza. 1000 times better than what you delivered.
I USE to recommend your pizza as I live in the South Suburbs BUT work in the South Loop. Thanks for your lack of effort Aurelios bc I AM customer service and I WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND YOU TO GUESTS, FRIENDS OR FAMILY...NEVER.
People think Customer Service has died and I DISAGREE. PEOPLE pay good money for subpar orders and foolish delivery drivers who don't care where they leave the order AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, it is at the wrong address...doordash, uber and Aurelios . I'm DONE WASTING MY MONEY ON YOU.

You would expect decent tasting food after spending $150. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The pizza's tasted burned & were hard. The chicken Alfredo didn't have any sauce. The wings weren't fully cooked. Truly just patronage elsewhere this spot isn't worth the money or time, they don't seem to care about the quality of food they provide to customers!!!!!

Pizza was great as always but the Bosco Sticks did not come at alli called the store and first they said I didnt order it and they gave me a receipt that didnt have anything but the pizza on it after I said the cost of the order they said oh they ran out and was gonna refund in 3 business days... not cool I order take out weekly and been a customer since the 90s
