Our signature smoked pork. We smoke our hams for 20-22 hours a day with nothing but local hickory wood. The result is a tender yet moist and lean cut of meat. Freshly chopped all day long this BBQ is the reason we are "The Best BBQ by a Dam Site". Pairs perfectly with our house made classic vinegar based sauces. As a rule of thumb we suggest 1/4 pound per adult serving.

Cooked fresh every single day our stew is traditionally enjoyed by itself, with chips, soda crackers, or white bread. This is a classic GEORGIA brunswick stew (just like they created down in Brunswick Georgia back in the day), this is not a vegetable soup type stew.

Our sauces are house made Choices include: Traditional vinegar based: Mild and Hot Sweet, sometimes called rib sauce. It is a thick ketchup based Bourbon, a sweet and spicy thick sauce. Gold, a Carolina gold sauce for our travelers. We, also, have a small batch XHOT vinegar sauce, please let us know if you want that option in the notes section.
