burger patty is quite thin for it's pricing, food tasted pretty good though, great fries and decent taco. cashier almost forgot condiments straws and I definitely didn't get napkins

The meat in the taco tasted old threw it out, the fries also tasted like they were end of the day fries, the burrito was very flat with very little beans and also did not taste good..threw it out too.
Was very disappointed in all the years that I have been a customer this is the worst experience ever for food quality, & I visit this location frequently. This is also the first complaint I have ever sent.
I'm a former manager of a large restaurant & know the importance of serving quality food and having a personable staff.
Had this been my first experience I would have never gone back. Realizing this could have been the crew that was working there that evening could factor in.I hope to visit your establishment again at another location.

The Buffalo Grilled Chicken Sandwich had no Buffalo sauce whatsoever, the Nachos did not come out like the image they have for it. It came out more like Taco Bell nachos. Along with the Grilled Cheese all the food was very cold and I don't live that far for it to arrive the temperature it did

burritos had nothing in them practically no beans mostly cheese not even a lot of that either everything else was cool
