They put all your paper bags of food in a plastic bag and seal it. I understand the logic behind it to keep it sanitary, but also the hot food sweats and by the time you get your food delivered it's all soggy and gross. The bean and cheese burritos are always a good choice as they don't get soggy! Their hot sauce is super good, but I wish there was an option on the app to order the green hot sauce as it's their best one!

I always order a "Double Baker w/ Cheese" since the patties are thin. I received a Single Baker with cheese instead, so I felt like I was eating a bread sandwhich instead of a double cheeseburger. Needless to say, I ended up heating up leftovers in the microwave. What a disappointing meal.
