The ramen was rich and well-balanced, with a creamy broth that had a deep, savory flavor without being overly heavy. The chashu was tender and flavorful, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked with a slightly runny yolk. I also appreciated the variety of toppings, especially the mushrooms and bamboo shoots, which added texture and depth to the dish. Overall, a satisfying and comforting bowl of ramen.

I got the Tonkotsu ramen and it had the best chashu I've had from any ramen place near me. It was super tender and well seasoned.
