2 years ago, I ate two awesome and very memorable hamburgers from Bare Burger (in the span of a week). I'm visiting NY again, just ordered the same thing, and the meat had so many chewy bits to it that I had no desire to finish!
It seemed like maybe fat that hadn't been cooked enough to melt it? (It did not have any gristle texture, thankfully.) Almost every single bite had me spitting out bits of unchewable fat/meat. I've never had that happen with a hamburger before.
I ordered a double beef patty on a gluten free bun. Other than the beef, the rest of the sandwich was great (onion jam, lettuce, pickled onions, ketchup, and garlic aoili). All of those were very delicious. However, with the beef patties being so unappetizing, it's so not worth the price to me. Heck, the over-grilled hamburgers at my college cafeteria were more enjoyable than these beef patties.
Perhaps that's a bit harsh, but this was a moderately expensive treat for myself, and I'm left greatly disappointed.

Omg! So good! Fresh, delicious tasting ingredients. Great portion size. I only had room for two, saving the other one for later. This will definitely become a favorite for me!!

Title: Disappointed with the Quality and Size
I recently ordered from this burger place, and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. The burger I received was not only small but also completely smushed. For the price I paid, I expected a decent-sized, well-presented burger, but what I got was far from it.
Considering the reputation this place had for serving delicious burgers, this experience was a huge letdown. I would not recommend ordering from here if you expect quality and value for your money.

The chicken tastes good. It's spicy and crispy. It should have been cooked a little longer on the inside. The burger is delicious.
