• 3/1/26I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Basil for an exceptional meal. While the food was fresh and flavorful, the outstanding customer service is what truly impressed me. After a New Year’s Eve DoorDash mishap where my order wasn’t properly canceled, I reached out to the restaurant to resolve a refund issue.
To my surprise, the manager called me back after-hours to personally handle the situation. Without any hesitation or defensiveness, he offered to replace my meal and included a complimentary dessert and salad. His warmth and genuine hospitality turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic experience.
Mistakes happen, but Basil proved that how you handle them is what matters most. Between the top-tier service and the delicious food, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Basil, for going above and beyond to make things right.
