Both of our Double Scoops were perfect, my app didn't let me add toppings so I called at store and asked if they could add some and they did without charge, thank you so much!

The Cookie Monster milkshake is my absolute favorite milkshake they have here, even if I can't seem to find it on DoorDash. I don't mind traveling there physically to go get it though. The sundaes (I usually get Oreo or Cookie Dough) are top tier, and the portion sizes are generous, at least usually for me. All the employees at the location I frequent are incredibly nice, and every Dasher I've gotten my ice cream from has been pretty good and hasn't delivered any melted ice cream. Overall, would recommend.

usually they are good but we ordered a Double Scoop and Triple Scoop and the store even called us because they were out of 2 of the 5 flavors. We told them it was ok to replace but then when we got the order, we only got 4 scoops total and 2 of them were wrong.

This place used to do a great job. Recently it seems they had a turnover in their staff. The last few times we have been there the store has been dirty, regularly out of items, one of the freezers is partially blocking the door making it hard to even get into the store. The employees have begun giving extremely small (half size if you're lucky) and inconsistent portions.

Milkshake was quite literally almost all milk. It was completely soupy and runny like drinking slightly flavored milk through a straw. The milk flavor was extremely strong, the ice cream flavor was barely noticeable. The ice cream to milk ratio was completely off. There was absolutely no thickness to it at all. This ordered was picked up and consumed immediately after being made. The ice cream is always good but the milkshakes are entirely inconsistent.
