Getting Baskin-Robbins during winter is one of my guilty pleasures -- and they're so quick, too! Manager or Dasher called me to ask about subbing a flavor that was out, which was A+ service. The Layered Sundaes are great treats with resealable lids if you can't finish them in one go (they're big!); I also like tossing the flavor of the week alongside some random other flavor in a Two Scoop or Sundae.

The mint choc chip milkshake was watery and not hardly any flavor. Too much liquid used to make the shake.
The Sundae had two tiny scoops of ice cream, no bananas, like it was supposed to, and way too much hot fudge sauce. Very disappointing for both .

I'm pretty sure the chocolate chip ice cream was a pretty-pack instead of fresh. The container was covered in ice. Got charged for fresh which is what I ordered

I ordered 2 scoops of world class chocolate but instead I got a tiny scoop of strawberry ice cream. I am allergic to strawberry and was unable to eat it.

Mangonada honestly tasted like a prank. it was horrific. Ice cream was good
