Baskin did exactly as I expected them too. The shakes were so Delicious 😋 I'll definitely be coming back for more! Pistachio Almond Milkshake and the Banana Split with 3 diff scoops plus reeces peanut butter sauce, chocolate and pineapple they put the toppings on the exact ice cream I wanted like reading my mind. I was shocked, this was a first. Love it! Thanks

They replaced the Elf Creature Creation™ with the wizard creature creation, which was small but disappointed my daughter. They also threw it together pretty sloppily, the hat was upside down and buried so deep in the ice cream you could barely see it. I got 3 times rainbow sprinkles, $1.20 per time and got barely more than what my daughter got on a kids scoop. Disappointing all around.

Order customization should always be allowed- what if there are allergies? In this case there are none, but an extreme dislike of excessive sauce. There is WAY too much caramel and chocolate sauce on the sundae, no way to build your own. Next time- I'll order from Cold Stone.

This is the first time i have ordered online from Baskin robins i always visited the store and i like every flavor, but this flavor is horrible taste very disappointed with this flavor i wasted $17

My husband always gets the REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae and he can never finish it but it must be delicious cause he keeps getting it! I like the old fashioned mint and chocolate chip!
