Ordered from Baskin-Robbins through DoorDash and the experience was extremely disappointing. Multiple ice cream flavors and toppings we selected were not available, yet the order still went through as if everything was in stock. What we received was not what we ordered at all.
If the store is out of several flavors and toppings, the menu on DoorDash should be updated immediately so customers are not paying for items that cannot actually be made. Instead, the order was substituted without any communication or option to approve the changes.
This reflects very poor inventory management and customer service. Baskin-Robbins is known for having a wide selection, so showing items as available and then not actually having them defeats the whole point of ordering. I would appreciate management or the store owner looking into this issue and addressing how online orders are handled so other customers don’t have the same experience.

They didn't have bananas so I changed to a three scoop sundae that only had two scoops and the associate was quite rude with my dasher, this is not the first time I've had problems with this location
