I paid 2x extra for hot fudge on my 3 Scoop Sundae and at most I got a tablespoon.
I'd like a refund for the extra hot fudge I did not get . See receipt and pictures .

The extra almonds is VERY expensive

The GALLATIN Baskin Robins does not care about you or your order. I try to request Hendersonville because the y are the best. Gallatin will put all of your toppings including your HOT toppings on your order. My banana split was nothing but floating bananas in milk. Hot fudge Sunday was the very same. They were out of Brownies and packaged wrong ice cream. When you call, the owner has the young kids who say their managers and they argue with you about your order. $30 down the drain and no ice cream. Do NOT order from Gallatin!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

I ordered 2 banana splits. Everything was wrong. No banana in either. Not in proper containers, missed two out of the three toppings for both and no cherry in either. Plus, should have been same size but one had ice cream crammed in too small of a container and the other had less than the other. My third order was double scoops - one scoop of baseball nut tasted very spoiled. I am very dissatisfied with this order and won't plan to use the Gallatin store again.
