I always enjoy their ice cream...but when they are out of something, they send an alternative flavor that we did not care to have...or couldn't have. I am not sure why customers cannot see that things are unavailable online since they do not contact customers to inform them of unavailable flavors.

Their ice cream is good but this is the second time they have sent us the wrong thing. It's irritating because we have to replace it, which costs us more money. If they don't have what we ordered that's fine, but let us know so we can choose the substitute rather than sending something we cannot eat.

They were out of the items we ordered so they contacted me to let me know and gave me extra of substitute items to make up for it.

Every time I order, they never have the flavors I want. My dasher had to call me to ask me to choose a different flavor because they didn't have either of the two flavors I initially ordered (cookies and cream, and chocolate chip cookie dough)! Very disappointed...

Every time I order from them, they don't have the flavors I want. My dasher had to call me and request that I pick a different flavor because they didn't have any of the two I originally chose (chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies and cream aka Oreo)! Very disappointed....
