Love their ice cream although a bit expensive, even normally in the past.
But the last few months, it seems the fresh packed cartons aren't being packed as tightly/full as they used to be. I believe prices may have increased as well, so it seems customers are getting less ice cream now for an even higher price

This is pathetic for an $11 sundae. it is supposed to be 3 scoops and I only received 2 scoops.

We have received 3 nice scoops of ice cream before so we know how to compare what we received tonight.
It definitely wasn't 3 scoops. This has happened to us before so we have given this store a second chance, but no more.
What we received tonight was not worth the price we had to pay.
This was our final time to buy from them. We are going to Bruster's from now on. They are consistent in their scoops.

Smallest scoop of ice cream ever! Ice cream has ice chips like it's not fresh.
