The ice cream scoop was extremely small. you couldn't even recognize that there was 2 scoops in that small cup! For the price, I expected a better serving than that! Definitely wasn't worth the money.

Packaged my banana Banana Split sideways... sloppy af AND they taped it together!
on top of that they left off our freezer pack...
also missing hot fudge on 3 Scoop Sundae ...

I ordered a Banana Split and 2 scoops of ice cream. It wasn't until the Dasher arrived that we were advised they were out of 2 of the 3 ice creams for the banana split and both of the flavors for the double scoop. We ended up with all vanilla for the banana split and I requested 2 scoops of vanilla with hard shell chocolate and Baskin Robbins responded with NO because I didn't order any toppings initially. Bad practices to not just be ok with a small topping when you accepted the order instead of declining it when you didn't have what was ordered.

They were out of my fav flavor but called to ask what else I would rather have. Very cool of them to do. I appreciated them
