container wasn't full, bad packing job and wasn't properly weighed to ensure the full 24oz was in the container

What kind of store thinks it's okay to give a door dash order out with no plastic topping no covering or anything not even a bag. Sent my ice cream order out imto a dasher in open container with spoon in it like here enjoy your order

My hand-packed ice cream wasn't very "packed". There were a lot of gaps with only about a pint of actual ice cream. Not thrilled.
