Double Scoops were not full scoops. My child's kids school was half the size as well. We are frequently visitors of this location and never had issues like this before.

ice chunks throughout the scoops edges and it took longer than it should to scoop 2 scoops and bag it imo

milkshake had little to no ice cream in it, just liquid milk. awful
