I ordered 5 items,received 4 of the 5 items.
I wouldnt of given such a poor rating but when i called the establishment to notify them of what I didnt receive one female who answered the phone passes off my call after I explained to her that I did not receive an item, she already knew which item it was. she tells me "well you can come and pick i lt up". so I simply stated to her "the wole point of doordash is so I didnt have to go out and pick up my items that should of been delivered her tone changes and gets an attitude and says "what was that repeat what you said" so I did. then she hands the phone off to anotha female and as she is doing so I can hear the whole misinterpretation of what I said saying im complaining about my order and doordash. As the other female gets on the line she also already knew what item I was missing then apologizes and admits it was their fault I didnt get my item because they did not read the whole order on the receipt and it was at the bottom.
