Good ice cream but always out of multiple flavors. I chose two different flavors, strawberry cheesecake and oreo for the 2 Pre-Packed Quart Bundle and my dasher showed up with 2 vanilla. My favorite is the triple mango, but they never fill their Fresh Pack (Quart)to the top.

Ordered a pint only to get out 3 scoops that didn't fill the pint cup. Was missing about 2 more scoops I paid for. Also the ice cream had ice crystals in every bite because it was freezer burnt and cheap. I should have known it was going to be bad once I seen it was coming from Dunkin Donuts. Wouldn't order from them again!

To be honest paying 21$ freaking dollars for a cup half the size that's advertised, not even jus that but like it had no other stuff in it like I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough one, it was supposed to have hot fudge layered, caramel on top, very little of both "hot" fudge n caramel, cookie dough prices layered and there was barely any layers, I think I got ONE peice of cookie dough the rest was like oreo which was weird cuz I didn't order that for that I wanted cookie dough. Pretty outrageous to say the least I mean 21$?!?! For this tiny cup and an order not being even close to acceptable compared to what they're advertising and pricing!!

Not sure why a Banana Split is in a cup. I don't feel like I got enough ice cream but I guess you get what you pay for. Very sloppy presentation, like a bunch of stuff was just stuffed in a cup.

The packing of the banana split was not good. It was on upside down on its side and dripping into the bag. As far as the taste was concerned it was very good.
