There was an issue that only one freezer was working and they had a limited amount of flavors. But they contacted me as soon as my dasher was there and communicated with me about it and I ended up picking a couple different flavors. But I was really happy that they communicated with me. They also made sure to pack my ice cream! And made they blended the Cappuccino Blast® to perfection!

They gave me the wrong thing 3 different times. Not sure if it's an availablity issue or a reading comprehension issue on the staffs part but nevertheless, still wrong 3 times

Ice cream 2 Scoop Sundae was not in accordance with what I had ordered. The hot fudge topping was missing and this is happening for the second time.

Always good with this ice cream place. Not much else to say. A little expensive. But it is probably worth it.

Sadly, the store no longer has the chocolate dipped banana, but a scoop of classic mint chocolate chip always hits the spot!
