Called and confirmed my order with the Baskin-Robbins girl and she still made them incorrectly and this is not the first or the second time this has happened

Ordered a Milkshake and picked Jamocha as the ice cream I wished to have them use. When I got it, I questioned if it was a Jamocha shake since it was white like a vanilla shake. I feel like they skimped on the ice cream and in fact, gave me more milk. I got jipped!
