Received a delicious three scoop sundae. It was so good that I nearly ate the whole thing (leaving my husband very little). I'm looking forward to a sugar rush any minute now! Thank you, Baskin Robbins, for a decadent, tasty dessert

The banana royale had almost no ice cream in it. There were plenty of bananas, cherries, chocolate syrup and almonds, but half a scoop of vanilla ice cream (if that!). Completely unacceptable. I paid close to $20 including delivery charges for this.

I realize the cute little sea turtle is only one scoop, but for $5.00 the individual rendering the scoop could have at least made the scoop big enough to hit the sides of the already tiny cup the scoop comes in. Don't you want those who are spending their hard working money with your establishment to be satisfied and return? The concept is cute and my 5 year old nephew loved, but even he was asking for more!

The shop did not reach out when they were out of the flavor I wanted. They just assumed I'd want chocolate. Future feedback, we are customers ordering and paying money for what we'd like, have curiosity and ask if another flavor is wanted.

The store called me to let me know they didnt have any banana for my Banana Royale. That was greatly appreciated and even gave an extra scoop! Communication is key!
