They werent able to make one of my items. So the store called me to let me know and upgraded our ice cream to larger sizes. Super sweet and great customer service

First off, they called me and said they didbt have cookie dough ice cream so I needed to pick something else. I chose the Oreo sundae. What I got was 1 scoop of ice cream. Not a sundae at all. Nothing even close to the picture. No parfait cup or toppings. I spent $30 on this.

I ordered 3 things, they said they had one. Would not sub a cheaper shake for a sundae they didnt have because "you only ordered 1 shake." Would only do chocolate chip for ice cream. It took 20min for all of this to happen. 0/5

I got chocolate chip cookie dough. The ice cream had a sandy texture which ruined the eating experience. Seems that they sold me one that had been melted and then refrozen. I would not purchase again.
