I have ordered from this Baskin Robbins before and have been disappointed every time but this milkshake was very good. I was actually surprised due to my previous experiences. I've gotten the triple scoop sundae with 2 baby scoops and no toppings, my Dasher had to call me once because they were out of something I had ordered & he said that they got many complaints about this store, so I'm glad that I had a better experience this time & hopefully will in the future.

The 3 scoop sundae was about the size of one scoop and didn't even fill the bowl!! It's definitely not worth the over $9.00 I paid. Ice cream wasn't even that good. I'll stick to my favorite place from now, Papa Clydes!

Brownie Sundae was approximately 1.5 scoops of ice cream- no where bearwhat it has been in the past. It was in a single scoop cup.
The 3-scoop order was supposed to be 2 scoops Chocolate, 1 scoop vanilla but what was actually delivered was 1 scoop chocolate and 1 scoop vanilla (because that is how small the scoops were).
This used to be great place to order ice cream and get it delivered but something has changed. Order from somewhere else.

Forgot why we stopped ordering from here, until tonight when we ordered milkshakes and got mostly milk. When you can't even taste the cookies n creme over the milk, that's a problem. Our mistake, we will just go back to not ordering from here anymore.

They have been messing up my orders. Was supposed to get sherbert with strawberry topping and Strawberry ice cream with hot fudge and nuts but they put the wrong toppings on the wrong ice cream. The ice cream that was right had fudge on bottom and no cherry. By the time I found the fudge the ice cream was gone.
