If course the cookies are amazing. The middle is a little rare as far as cookie dough goes but the edges are crispy. The Julian is really good, especially if you like apple pie. The only thing that happens from time to time is that if you select to have the cookies individually wrapped which costs extra sometimes they don't get wrapped.

These are my favorite cookies to get. Their seasonal ones are typically phenomenal (e.g. key lime pie), but I always find myself craving the classic and the gentleman. They're delightfully chewy on the outside and gooey towards the center, which is personally how I like them. Would highly recommend getting some!

I get the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. They are exceptional. The only thing I wish they would change is make them with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

Batch & Box provided an outstanding customer service experience! There was a mix-up with my order, but when I spoke with one of their employees, she was incredibly sweet and accommodating. To make up for the inconvenience, they gave us extra cookies and a heartfelt apology. Their attention to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart!
