We order here quite often and the sandwiches we order are always good. I ordered the Moon Doggie hotdog. Half of the hot dog was burnt to a crisp to the point where it was so hard that I couldn't even bite into it. I threw it away.

I ordered chips. what I got was salt and vinegar chips. If I'm paying extra for chips, I should get a choice of something I can eat. I don't want to throw away something I don't want. Give me a choice.Chips

Like most places, orders through door dash are inconsistent and not the same as eating there. For almost 30 dollars per sandwich I expect at the very least, consistency.
