I used to love this location, but after the manager left things went down hill. They take forever to make drinks, the customer service is horrible. One barista argued with me when I said matcha had caffeine and she swore it didn't. I ask for printed receipts to scan points and they don't send them. They charged me for a specialty drink when they were out of the syrup and made a basic latte. I used to come to this location on a daily basis because I loved the quality drinks and amazing staff. Now I plan to drive to the SoJo location.

Beans & Brew called me to let me know that they were out of the Iced White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Mocha and that the manufacturer was also out of it. They offered me many different options to choose from so that I could still receive two coffees. I appreciate that employee went out of their way to contact me instead of a refund, a note in my DoorDash account, and that's the end of the story. This is why I DoorDash Beans & Brew.

My drink arrived without the whipped cream, even though it’s supposed to come with it. I was really looking forward to enjoying it as advertised, so I was disappointed when it arrived incomplete. The drink itself was good, but I didn’t receive what I ordered.

The croissant was too hard to eat and enjoy. I ate only half of it before giving up.
