my family has been going to Bear Pit as long as I can remember. Everything is always delicious. The Kodiak Sandwich is my go choice. This was my 1st time trying the Bowl of Texas Chili. It was perfect. hit that comfort spot. love, that is all meat. nothing beats their Garlic Bread andTater Tots. They went so well dipped in the Bowl of Texas Chili. we also love the Bar-B-Q Chicken it is like fried chicken without the breading. so good.

mac and cheese, beans, bbq brisket sandwich and bbqsauce were all bland
mac and cheese tasted like Kraft
Beans, meat and sauce needed salt and seasonings.
sauce tasted watery.
the food is edible, but no flavor. would be good if i was in the hospital.

usually their sandwiches are very good. Not tonight. Full of fat and big chunk of meat. The French roll had no bottom. It will be a long time before we order from here again.

I've been a loyal customer for decades. Growing up my family would go to the Glendale location. The The Kodiak Sandwich on garlic toast has always been my favorite. The Bowl of Texas Chili and Lemon Cream Shortcake are great as well.
