I had a hamburger steak, steamed broccoli, and side salad delivered to an older friend of mine who is staying in a hotel while she is visiting here. She is very particular about food, so I was kinda worried if it would meet her "standards". She called me afterwards and told me she loved everything! She said it was the freshest and best tasting food she has had so far in MS.

I had the baked fish with zucchini and brown rice. The rice was so over seasoned I couldn't eat it, and the fish had too much lemon pepper on it. People who have diabetes and high blood pressure are trying to eat this dinner as a healthier choice.
