Food is always excellent but they really need to pack their coffee better to avoid spillage.

I ordered a $16 Italian sandwich expecting a hearty, meat-packed sub worthy of the price. What showed up was a tiny, sad-looking sandwich shrink-wrapped in Saran Wrap like it was an afterthought. It was barely half the size I anticipated—no generous layers of meat, no substance, just a few limp slices and a whole lot of disappointment.
The open-faced smoked salmon bagel, though? That was delicious—perfectly executed, fresh, and worth ordering again. Too bad the sandwich dragged the whole experience into the gutter.

Normally I love the food but recently very inconsistent. Pasta was undercooked in the chicken soup - grilled cheese was limp and cobb salad portion was very small.
Cookies were tasty.

Croissant and pain au chocolat are big and delicious. Nice crunch on the outside. The cranberry scone is one of my favourite soooo yummy. You can't go ordering from this place. Love it :-)

Very underwhelming for the price point. Bread on both the Blt and chicken banh mi felt dry and stale, not much flavour in either. Really wanted to like this place but felt like terrible value
