Spent a lot of money as a rare treat getting food delivered.
We ordered 4 HSP's, one regular size, three small. Ordered garlic and chili sauce on all.
Order arrived, 4 small sizes, two with garlic sauce only, two with chili sauce only. Food was dry, chips tasted like they'd been sitting in a Bain mari for hours. So salty I had to stop halfway through. Extremely disappointing

The turkish delight i ordered was out of stock, and the store 'substituted' baklava in a retail packet (with a next day use by date) and then added a $3 charge as a seoerate transaction to my credit card. I picked the order up in store, tbey could have asked if i wanted a substitute or to get a refund for the out of stock product. they didn't bother. Doordash won't refund the money.

Our order was cold. Despite adding lettuce, tomato and onion to our Lamb Kebab it was just meat and sauce in a poorly folded wrap. Could only add one sauce to the Regular HSP's so I asked for the usual 3 standard sauces in the additional notes... but only got one dismal sauce on my dismal, dry hsp. Hot Chips were cold and tiny. Hot jam Donuts was pale and unsugared. To top off this lacklustre experience we only received one single serviette. I will never order from this establishment again, we tried them out once and that was enough.

Never confirms orders, wastes your time and money. Food is below average and overpriced if you ever do get it. Chips are way too overcooked. Avoid at all costs!
