Food is great. We love Beni. However 70 min to have it ready, deliver 90 min after ordering, near 8pm is ridiculous. ETA was 53 min. They need to do better on to go orders. Onion soup was broth only. Could use more salad dressing. Teetering between 3 and 4 stars but going with 4. Please Beni, do better. It's a consistent issue. Ty!

The honesty and quality of food you get from this establishment via Doordash is really bad. I rarely leave bad reviews, but paying the $19 price tag for hibachi steak rice which says "serves two" is ridiculous. It's clearly a single portion (and that's being generous) - hopefully you weren't hungry. And the scant amount of steak sprinkled on top was so dry and salty it was inedible. And I love my salt and well seasoned food. This is a place probably best for in-person dining. Ordering through Doordash was a disappointing and very expensive wildcard.

The portion sizing was very small. Ordered the "serves 4" hibachi HIBACHI CHICKEN RICE (Serves 4) , hoping for leftovers, portion was less than a full plate for a single person when you dine in to eat. Mostly rice, barely any chicken. Super over-priced for the amount / quality of food. You're better off ordering from any other asian restaurant.

This was supposed to be a combination of Hibachi chicken and COLOSSAL shrimp. There were three uktra-small shrimp--nit large, not jumbo and certainly not Colossal! There was also the cut up pieces of 2 or three shrimp that is the included appetizer. Again, very small. The chicken was dry and semi-burnt. The salad had maybe a hslf-trp of dressing drizzled on bottom so I had the eat the salad dry as the tiny bit of dressing at bottom dud not even coat two lettuce leaves Benihana has gotten cheap with ingrediebts too. What used to be a variety of teppan vegetars is now only Zucchini and it is cut strangely so you get mostly peel. Very disappointed for $55+ tip abd delivert fee!

All food was way oversaturated in oil and butter, we were told there would be chicken in the fried rice, I even called and said to charge me as an upgraded item if needed, the food tasted soggy and bland.
