A classic burger done well - cooked and seasoned perfectly. Loved the homemade cherry cola as well. Decent serving size. Would happily order this again and recommend the same to others.

what happened with Ben's burgers? thin, broken overcooked patty. hard and burnt bun.tasteless chips. very very disappointed. I would have tasted the same at HJ or maccas. I will not order again. also, when will restaurants learn that cold cans should not go next to a hot mra and in a paper bag? ridiculous.

Ben's burgers is my go to burger when I want to eat good burger. for me, it's the best in town.

Half of the fries were inedible due to being super old and dried out. I understand crispy fries but it was pretty disgusting. I love Ben's burgers but the attempt to provide weird crsipy fries has been subpar multiple times now

Your fries/ chips used to be sensational, crispy in all the right ways and soft in the center. What's changed? Now they are delivered old, over salted to make up for the fact they were cooked 30 mins prior to my order and now you just serve this crap product. Your burgers were good but I came back again and again for the fries. You have got to fix this. This wasn't a review based of a 1 off, this has been many in the last 2-3 months.
